You may have heard of an awesome thing called 'Fashion Week'. These two words stand for a week filled with glamour, models, famous designers & brands and most of all, innovative clothing. For today's post I decided to introduce you to my favourite clothing pieces that were shown in Milan Fashion Week 2014. This first dress is by designer called Luisa Beccaria. I like the simplicity of it, and the flowers that add up to it.
There are so many details on this dress! I love those little elements that make the dress looking very stylish. The combination of flowers and hearts turned out very good. Bravo, Dolce & Gabanna!
Howdy partner! Looking through the collection by Emilio Pucci, you get the cowboy vibe, which is actually likeable in this case. This outfit reminds me of a poncho-dress with loads of fun. The whole thing is filled with everything, you don't need to decorate it with any accessory.
First of all, the model's face is looking so fierce! I love how the whole dress is kinda see-through. Another great thing by Roberto Cavalli.
It seems like I've been obsessing with white colour in particular. Philipp Plein surprised me with how can a simple the outfit be very likeable- dress in white, in combination with white heels.
I like the pastel green detailing. Sometimes green actually doesn't decline a war with black. Well, when does Versace disappoint?
I don't know about you, but this outfit just screams 'Serena Van der Woodsen, take me!'. But I do think that they could add some gold glitter on the sweater...(by Les Copains)
I call this look 'Greek Goddess'. I was thinking about what if they removed the lower piece ( the blue long skirt). It would look like the girl is in a cooking show without her pants. Jokes on the side, this outfit is very romantic. The whole collection by Bluemarine that was presented at Fashion week got me hooked, you should definitely check it out.
First things first, I'm the realest! Moschino decided that this year they dedicate their line to Barbie. Or Clueless. Who knows.
I can't clearly see the detailing in the dress, but I love it! These colours look very good with this skin tone. (by Stella Jean)
Good job MaxMara, good job.
I hereby declare her Princess of Coachella. (by Etro)
Even though my mom said she looks like a flight attendant, I still like this outfit for an unknown reason. (by Iceberg)

When I was about five years old, I used my very first lipstick. Well, morel likely a chapstick. From there it went very slowly on, because I started using very light/skin tone eyeshadows when i was about 12. I think I started using a mascara about two years ago, and I added an eyeliner in the start of this year. I never though of myself as a beauty expert or anything, but I think I did improve since 2010 (I hope so). Today I was thinking about things that I do different when putting on my makeup. It usually took me about five minutes to get ready. Now it can take whole 20 minutes! I wrote down some tips and tricks that I've learned.
Tip one: winged eyeliner is a very popular thing right now. At first I looked like a panda or someone who is about to join a racoon club when I draw it. I advise you to use a tape or maybe just a pencil or something, put it right next to your eye and put it there where you want your line to be. Like this.
Tip two: If you're like me, and you easily get mascara on your eyelid, use a cotton swab to 'delete' the mistake. That way you won't ruin your eyeshadow, if you're wearing any.
Tip three: Apply an eyeshadow before the concealer. Sometimes, the eyeshadow tends to fall of on your inner eye or dark circles. Make sure that you swipe off the eyeshadow that doesn't belong there, and THEN apply the concealer.
Tip four: Powder first. You want to make a base for your makeup, and make sure that it stays there all that.
Tip five: If your mascara won't make your eyes any bigger, start 'blinking' while applying a mascara. But be careful not to accidentally hit your eye in the process.
Tip six: If you want to make your eyes bigger, use an eyeliner and a white kohl pencil under your lower eyelashes and on your inner eye. And a lot of mascara on your lower/smaller eyelashes.
Tip seven: If you want your eyes to be noticeable, use a black kohol pencil under your lower eyelashes.
Tip eight: Make sure that you fill your brows 100%. Don't rush it when drawing your brows.

Few days before the school started, I went supply shopping. Notebooks, pencils, books....and I stumbled upon this desk organiser, in which you put your basic things for doing school work. But I thought to myself that I actually needed a makeup organiser, and those on the internet are quite pricy. I purchased this one for 8$ at a local craft shop.
I got today's inspiration from MissTifannyMa's video on youtube, called 'How to make a youtbe banner/channel art'. I wanted to do something productive, so I decided to show you how to do your own banner for you blog in a very easy way.
STEP ONE
Take a screenshot of your blog. I don't know which computer you use, but if you use a MacBook like me, press ctrl + alt+ 4 on your keyboard.
STEP TWO
Go to PicMonkey. Click edit and select the screenshot of your blog.
STEP THREE
This is how it will look.
STEP FOUR
Click that little butterfly on the left (Overlays). Choose Geometric and pick a square. Move, change it the way you like it, so it makes kind of a frame for the banner.
STEP FIVE
You want your frame to be as equal as possible. So once you make a square for the left side, click with the right side of your mouse and select 'Duplicate overlay'. Another square will appear and it will be the exact same one. Place it on the right side.
STEP SIX
STEP SEVEN
Find some cute photos, that have a white background. I found mine on polyvore, and I have them saved on my profile, so if you don't know where to look, click here. You can also just type in google 'tumblr overlays' and you'll have bunch of them. But just make sure that they have a white background.
STEP EIGHT
Now that you've found some sketches, add a text. There are tons of different fonts, pick the one you like the most. You can also change the font's colour, just to make it more warmer.
STEP NINE
You can clearly see that I've added some new sketches. Now here's the fun part, you can send them in the back (look at the title and the circles behind it). Simply click with the right side of the mouse on the picture, and select 'Send to back'.
STEP TEN
I've changed few things and added some. Just play with it! Now all you have to do is crop the banner. Save it as a .png file.
Do you have any questions? If yes, then please post a comment or just watch the video this tutorial is based on. I'd love to see your results! :)
p.s
I was also thinking of starting to make banners for you guys...they would be completely free since I'm not a pro. If anyone's interested in that, please let me know!
i made the banner of this post, but the picture is from here
